Utilize its incredibly extensive aftermarket support to completely tweak and personalize your project. Our superior lowers are produced with extremely tight tolerances using top-tier CNC machinery in the industry.

Our 80% lower receivers are made from aerospace grade 6061 aluminum that is supplied in the United States. Compared to other alloys, the material is easier to mill, more resilient to corrosion, and more robust.

    Been wanting a jig for a while, glad I waited until the Gen3 was available!! This thing is great. In the process of building a box of some sort to fit around my vise with a 4″ port to connect a dust collector. A regular shop vac will most definitely not keep up with the amount of chips created. A bead blasting cabinet would be perfect to use.

And that included setting up jig and router. I highly recommend this kit and the billets for quality and ease of use.

    I have an easy jig gen 2 and the process to mill the lower is very easy if you just take your time. The key to a good final product is following the instructions and milling very little material at a time.

    This was my first build, but hopefully won’t be my last. Using the jig, and reading through the instructions, led me through the process without any issues. Took me about 30 minutes to complete the milling. Since then, I’ve cut more lowers. Next one is a 9mm and maybe a .308 soon after.
