With aerospace grade 6061 aluminum supplied from the US, we sell the hardest lower receivers (80%). Compared to other alloys, the material is much easier to mill and more robust and corrosion-resistant. You will be prepared for an even easier and more fruitful build procedure if you use our 80% lowers in conjunction with the Easy Jig® Gen 3 and Freedom Jig Router.

Highly recommend this if you’re looking to build your own rifle and have no clue where to start. This thing almost made milling out a lower easier than filling out the paper work to buy an already stripped one. Took 45 minutes to do my first one from the time I clamped it in vise to cleaning up and the huge mess it makes.

Set up is easy. Follow instructions and it’s pretty fool proof. Remember to watch your milling depth each time you adjust to the next mark. I have milled five lowers so far.

I purchased the all you need kit that included the easy jig gen 3, an AR15 style 80% lower, and extended life tool kit and a router. The jig was easy to assemble and it was easy to install the lower. The directions were simple and easy to follow. The router is not the highest quality but it is very sufficient and does a great job.
