All of the blemished products we sell have visual flaws that do not affect their general functionality. All blemished products are final sale only due to their uneven appearance.
With aerospace grade 6061 aluminum supplied from the US, we sell the hardest lower receivers (80%). Compared to other alloys, the material is much easier to mill and more robust and corrosion-resistant. You will be prepared for an even easier and more fruitful build procedure if you use our 80% lowers in conjunction with the Easy Jig® Gen 3 and Freedom Jig Router.
